Forged Gate Valve 900LBS – 1500LBS (SW & NPT Ends) - API602
We supply Solid Wedge Forged Gate Valve for ANSI Class 900Lbs and 1500Lbs, manufactured in accordance with API 602. This forged steel gate valve features OS&Y, rising stem, bolted or welded bonnet construction, and SW (Socket Weld) or NPT (Threaded) end connections. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 2″ (DN15 to DN50). The Class 900LB design is ideal for high-pressure steam and oil & gas service, while the Class 1500LB design is engineered for ultra-high-pressure critical applications. Full bore and reduced bore options are available. Materials include carbon steel (A105, LF2), alloy steel (F5, F11, F22), stainless steel (F304, F316), and duplex stainless steel (F51, F53). NACE MR 0175 available for sour service. Ideal for high-pressure small-bore applications in oil & gas, chemical, and power generation industries.
